I would like to express our sincere thanks for your help and assistance when our car broke down just outside Chichester.  We had contacted the AA, but unfortunately they were unable to do the necessary repairs, so provided a recovery vehicle to get us back to Croydon.

 

At the time we had our son with us who has severe learning difficulties and who was due back to his care home on route - unfortunately, he couldn’t understand what was happening, and refused to move!  Due to the exceptional circumstances, the AA then kindly contacted your company to provide alternative transport which made it so much easier for him.

 

We were very impressed with the manner in which you gained our son’s confidence, and once you told him there was music in the car, he immediately jumped in - he arrived back at his care home having had a thoroughly enjoyable trip in a very comfortable car with an excellent driver - many thanks.
